Mesh

Setting NameDescription
Clear CacheDeletes all packets being held for mesh delivery. If you are getting poor performance or somehow your cluster became flooded with mesh packets, you can clear the mesh packets of any device by choosing this.
Mesh SyncingEnables or disables mesh syncing. If you disable it, your device will not send pings, so other devices will not be aware of your presence, unless you start sending messages. You will still receive pings and be aware of other devices’ presence. Your device will still also be able to receive messages routed to it via meshing.
Mesh ResetClears mesh packets, and more importantly, your device’s mesh graph. This will cause your device to have to re-learn the layout of the cluster. This may not be useful, but it was useful during development and for testing, so it remains.
Remote ControlWhether your device will respond to “control” requests received from other devices in the cluster. These control requests include things like “who is within your range”, “what is your uptime”, things like that. This may be expanded in the future for things like sensors.
